Today, I chose to dance.
“You have changed my sadness into a joyful dance; you have taken away my sorrow and surrounded me with joy. So I will not be silent; I will sing praise to you. Lord you are my God, I will give thanks forever.” Psalm 30:11-12 (GNB)
Time is a funny thing, each day has the same hours, minutes and seconds, yet time can fly by or stand still. It’s just one’s perspective. It’s been 17,520 hours since Rob became a citizen of Heaven. Some days, especially when I look at my friend's baby who was a newborn, those hours are a lifetime ago. In other moments it’s as if it was just yesterday.
In all these moments, through laughter and tears God has given me a peace beyond understanding, and filled me with His abundant love.
In my days, hours and minutes I’ll choose joy and for today I chose to dance. #43✔
